Many families are struggling. The scammers know this and try to take advantage. This website does not have any "jobs" for you. It is just a waste of your time and effort.

When i checked in webutation.net they had some (100%) trust rate, so my opinion if you have any friend's user experience you can sign into the website.
Since you are not of the age to start business, you can start it in the name of your parents/guardian. (below 18 age).
Anything offering kids of 14 a way of making real money is likely to be a scam.
