Is this necessary to put on my card?

Even though saying you're CRB/DBS checked actually means nothing - for all we know, it could have said you were an axe murderer ;) - a lot of people do not understand what it means and they actually take comfort in the fact someone has been checked so it might be a good selling point.

It depends how you plan to use the cards, if it's after face to face networking, I wouldn't bother as you can simply tell the person you're giving the card to that you have a CRB. But if you're leaving the cards for people to pick up, I would say yes, put it on.

What was the result of the CRB check? You have to give the result as well, e.g. Two burglaries. One gbh, etc.

There are no CRBs, this is now called a DBS. You could put I have DBS clearance.

UK

crb checked? does your audience/customers know what that is?

I am ordering some business cards as I am working as a private teacher

I don't want to overload the card with writing but I do have some space at the bottom for another layer of writing

Should I say crb checked

Or is that not necessary?
