Yes it is a scam. I spent ￡36.90 on some bleach, but 1 year later I still haven't received it, despite repeated promises from Bleach Refills that it was in the post. They offered to refund my money, which seemed good on the face of it - but it has been weeks since I submitted the Paypal payment request for the refund, and they haven't paid. Worse still, they've stopped responding to my emails altogether.
Unless you like giving your money to con artists, steer well clear of this "company".
It doesn't look like a scam.they must have sent your parcel by the slowest shipping method. when you get your parcel, if they are not what you want, you can contact paypal to ask back the money.
