It's not like you are sending in your phone to them, they are just giving info, the 2 year old site is registered to a paid proxy to conceal the real owner information (probably protecting someone's home address) you probably can't track them down if you got bad advise.
A brief web search didn't turn up complaints, they have 650 pages.
