will you be refunding the money and hoping to get it back from the merchant? There are a lot of things that can wrong and now those people know where you live.. i vote for NOT a good idea
Yes this would work for a developing country.
But how do they pay you if it's shipped to their house? They physically come to your house and give you the money? It's better if you only have the arrangement of getting shipped to you and then you hold the product until they pay you.

I think it is a good idea for a business. When any person starts a new business then they face a lot of problems. That person should be financially strong. If a businessman is financially strong then they can success. They can do anything to get success in their business. You can do advertisement of your business with business promotional products that is a good and effective idea.
Lot of stuff to go wrong, why don't you test the idea out on small scale and see if it works.

I want to shop online for people that don't have a credit card or are afraid to use it online and charge them a fee. I will have two options, if they ship the stuff to their house the will pay me before I order, if the order its shipped to my house they can pay me when they pick it up.
