That's decent traffic for such a new site. The biggest single thing you probably can do is to make videos of your modeling, testing products, you can store them on a youtube channel that links to the site as well as having them on your own pages for a double return.

Your meta descriptions that appears in the search results could each be made more distinct, they all seem to start with: "The Style Diagnostic is as UK Fashion, Style & Beauty Blog"
There are wordpress plugins that add fields for you to fill in, that get copied to the meta data, All In One SEO was the original, some web hosts say it's a processor drain, there are a number of newer SEO plugins that do much the same job, I wold have each meta description start by describing the content of that post, with the site name at the end, it doesn't need to be repeated so much.
Of course SEO is the way to get better search ranking more quickly, but a new site is not expected to be getting a lot of links right away so go gently at first, getting 2 links a day from blog comments or forum signatures would be a start. you can find somewhat advanced advice on dealing with the quality filters that get some sites in trouble, the biggest objection they may have about your site are the relatively short articles, makes sense for the nature of the content, but the old standard for blog articles was 450-500 words, some paranoid operators are shooting for 800 word long articles to satisfy the Penguin filter.
