If you need instant cards (one day), do them on your home printer. Then go to a local printer in your area. They will be able to make them in a day or two. Do NOT send to Vista Print. They have a lot of people fooled. Google "Vista Print Scam" and see what you come up with.
You'd have to just buy the perforated cards from Staples or something. Once you've got a few I recommend www.printingpeach.com for better cards. Better than Vista for sure
Depends where you live, but at my local shopping centre and they have a Print Shop. If you have the design you want take it in on a USB and they can generally print them asap
