They might be able to reverse the charges.
Failing that, send them an email where you cancel your order and ask for a full refund for breach of contract from their part. Mention the The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 in the email and let them know that you intend to take the case to court.
If they ignore you take them to county court.
It's a very straight forward online process and all your expenses will be awarded in the sentence.
If you get to that stage don't forget to work out your daily pay and bring a payslip as supporting evidence.
This is a straight forward case and they have no excuse for nor refunding you.
To start, write your story in details on the consumer advice forum and send them a link to show that they have a lot to lose by messing about with you.
Make sure you write your story in a factual way, so they cannot claim that you are damaging their reputation.
Crack them open.
It's not been 7 WORKING days until tomorrow, especially if you placed your order after their cut-off time. Give it until the end of this week and stop being so inpatient. If you are that bothered, keep phoning them until they give you an answer.
Give them 7 working days before you start whining about wanting your money back!
Email them again and give them a dead line to respond, if they don't go and see your bank and tell them they haven't honoured an agreement and see if your bank will chase them up sometimes a letter from them spurts them into doing something
You are impatient. 7 days (business days) would be tomorrow or maybe even Friday.
I ordered a lot of clothes from Chiarafashion.co.uk (which i have ordered from before) and that was last Tuesday (4/6/13)
The delivery said it would arrive within 7 working days.. Still not here!
They've taken my money and sent a comfirmation email of my order but no Dispatched notice.
Ive emailed and phoned them but i have been ignored. How do i get my money back? :(
P.S. i paid by debit card.
Thanks in advance!
