Message the 'buyer' via ebay asking for payment within 3 days. When they don't pay, open a non-paying bidder case as soon as possible. You will have to wait a few days until the case closes, but the phone will then be removed from your 'sales'.

If someone won the auction and is not going to pay, that user needs to be reported. Always. That is absolutely NOT allowed on eBay. To find out how to report that user, start here:

Contact the buyer and confirm that they're not buying it (you never know, he might pay 999 lol), and if he was bidding as a joke then you can report them and open a case about that user.

I put my phone for sale, and someone won the auction for 999.00. I know they're not gonna pay that so what do I do now, I can't re list it because I've gone over my monthly allowance, thanks to that idiot.
