Question about Ebay seller?

Although his exclusions are clear you can still contact him and ask to ship to your country meaning you'll take care of custom duties, you.ll take "risk" of shipping etc.All he needs to do is to keep and show postal proof in the case of friction.

Alternative would be to open forwading address (such as www.viaddress.com) and they will resend the item to you.

There are no scams with long time sellers.Also,PayPal/eBay are offering great buyer protection so you have nothing to worry about.Especially for the $10.

Read very carefully the item description and feedback section,Feedback is reputation builder.

This guy received some complaints about delivery times (well.it's from Far East) and item/print quality. It seems like posters are printed on some sort of cloth.(silk?).

PS

This item is sold as "buy it now",

When you have actual bidding started from the lowest price (for ex. $1) and going up the ebay bids for you of you fix your maximum bid as far as you want to go (for ex. $20) If no one else increase their bid you'll still pay only $1.If someone else brings it up to max $7 and stops there you'll pay $8.If they reach $20 - you lose.

I have Joe Thornton Boston Home Jersey, Boston Practice Jersey, Dallas Stars Jersey (no name).

They comes from a Chinese site, which is awesome.

It is not a scam. Seller may have restrictions to ship to those countries or it may not be economical to ship those countries due to high shipping costs/taxes or even it may be due to the fact that seller perceives that shipping to those countries is not safe.

Buyers are allowed to restrict the countries they sell to

Hi, I was looking into purchasing an item on Ebay, and I noticed that in the shipping & payments portion, the seller said they ship worldwide, but then it says,
