It cuts our costs, helps them have only one device, and keeps us all using the same system (3CX Phone System), so calls are easily monitored and handled. 3CX is even working on a Mobile control component. my business partner and I have a disagreement because some of my employees currently have business cell phones and some use their own phone... He was thinking about expanding it and giving the rest of my employees company cell phonEs... what would be the benefit to my company to do that? 1 of my fellow partners suggested that we have all of our employees using business phones while theY're on the click. I currently have 30 employees in 15 of them have company cell phones the other 15 use their own phones with totally different carriers. I was wondering if any business owners or future better than I couldn't help me figure out why it would be best to get cell phones for the other 15 employees as well?
