You can use both, but Yoast's on-page SEO module is redundant as it does pretty much what SEOPressor does. But I don't recommend SEOPressor, it uses a lot of resources and will slow down your site. If you want a separate on-page plugin (that does more than Yoast), use Easy WP SEO. I use it together with Yoast, which is designed to be an all-inclusive SEO plugin. It has alot of features (XML sitemap generation, breadcrumbs, etc.) that pure on-page SEO plugins don't have.
