There are plenty of "I Sold It on Ebay" style stores that offer that service, for a fat percentage. It's tricky to manage over the internet, you would probably instead have to buy and resell stuff for a profit.

no you cannot do this it is a tos for ebay, you can steal and cause havoc, noones giving you there personal information to do this ok.
