Selling items legally help?

You cannot sell items on someone's private property (like a hospital) without permission and they will probably not give you permission (the cupcakes would probably compete with the cafeteria and there is a liability issue if someone were to get sick from the cupcakes). Hate to say this, but if you are talking a cruise on a large cruise ship, cupcakes and a few of your things are not gong to cover your costs - better to get a job and save as much money as you can.

It seems to me that you and your friends' parents can't help out? Your or his/her parents could sell the items for you on ebay or Amazon, except the cupcakes. It's legal to sell.

Probably not infront of retail stores because its considered soliciting and same goes for hospitals. Its legal to sell your own property but on public property. Just dont harass people.

If you have a credit/debit card you can sell your toys, purses and jewellery on a website like 'eBay'

you would have to ask the hospital administration, I doubt you can sell cupcakes there.

It's legal if the hospital gives you permission to do so, which I doubt they would.

Hello, my friend and I are trying to raise money to go on a cruise. I have a few purses, jewelry, and toys I can sell. My friend is making cupcakes to sell. We aren't sure where to sell our items though or if it's even legal to sell these items. We considered a yard sale, but I live deep in my neighborhood so no one is going to really come. My friend lives in an bad neighborhood. Any ideas? Is it legal to sell at at a hospital? We're 15 by the way.
