Only send stuff by some signed-for service - legally (and by ebay rules) if someone says an item has not arrived, it's your fault no matter what really happened. A signed for service helps prevent problems.
Remember if you are buying things to sell you are automatically a Business seller, even if it's only a part time thing.
As such, you have to comply with ALL the UK regulations for businesses and online sales - like being responsible for the warranty on what you sell, giving refunds in line with the Distance Selling regs, providing contact info as required by the E-Commerce directive etc...
If you don't follow the rules, you can be fined or prosecuted.

Jiffy bags - there are a couple of really good sellers on ebay for them - Auctionpax I think is the one I use.
First you must offer what you have not what you want to sale. You must sale them for profit not lost. Price must be near the other same stuff u selling Cuz if you go to high no one will buy from you or if you go to low the others are making more profit then you do. Also u must deliver it to them think about that.
go to a stationers such as staples and have a look
