This last week I had four deadbeat buyers, one who sent me a fake PayPal email saying he paid, one dispute because I refused a return just because they changed their mind, (still ongoing), and one item lost in transit. I had a total of 317 sales and 19 listings that ended with no sale.
Watch what you are doing and pay close attention to the rules. eBay is like anything else in the world. There are good people and bad people. Sooner or later you will run across a bad one.
Yes the buyer pays before you ship. If you use paypal then it's even easier
Check the seller's history and feedback. It doesnt have to be a top rated seller. I am an Ebay seller with 100% pos but cannot sell enough to be top-rated.
