If you have 1000 recipients listed in your phone you can theoretically sned them all at one. However your cellphone service provider will probably not allow you to do this. I believe they have control on outgoing SMS made by you. The best way that I would know how is to use a bulk emailing software and use throttling so they don't all go out at once. Another sugestion is to use a service provider who is able to get through the restrictions normally set upon us. There is one I have used, but I foerget the name. If inteested I will look it up.
