Starting a small business, need a website.?

I can just help you for your logo design solution for that i just got a link when i need a logo design which i want to share with you.

It actually depends on what you need. hiring someone from overseas would be much cheaper that someone from adelaide. almost 10 times less. but again working with someone local is much reliable. if you hire a webmaster from overseas, it might cost you around $150-300 for a good looking site. not with several functions but a good looking site. and by saying overseas i mean asia, specially south asia.

will it have any negative impact if you hire someone from overseas?? not at all. infact lots of people are outsourcing their work overseas to reduce their expenses. you can even save the money as you can have a wordpress design for absolutely nothing. just pay for the domain and hosting and you will be done. dont have to pay for the design. just download a free wordpress theme available on the internet, and you are all set. and these wordpress websites will have much more features than what you get for $150. the only disadvantage is that the design is not goin to be customised. you'll have to select from a bunch of themes. but still, they work great.

need any help?, send me a message

You can find free sits good for a simple online business card, you might be abler to DIY on a free blog platform like Blogger.com which require no programming.

To get a feel for the style of these blogs, try a Google search for:

site:blogspot.com cleaning company

(These don't include the most professional Blogger users who spend $10 a year for a custom domain name)

Communication is easier with a local site creation service, some end up using offshore outsourcers to do the work. One more resource, have look at the many conventional site premade templates at templatemonster.com

You might learn that getting people to find your site, (assuming it would be for marketing purposes) may end up cost more than having the site built, either in paid advertising cost or Search Engine Optimization.

The easiest way to show up in searches within your community may be having a free Google Places Page, try Google searching:

Cleaning Service, your city

the results with A-G labeled stick pins are places pages.

The easiest way for a novice to build a web site is to start with a web template. Web Templates can be customized and you can use the layout but swap the graphics etc.... this will get you comfortable with basic HTML design and an HTML editor (like Dreamweaver).

Here are some resources for free or inexpensive templates that are easy to edit and manage.

Webmaster Templates - http://www.webmaster-templates.net

Free Web Templates - http://www.freewebtemplates.com/

Web Design Elements - http://www.webdesign-elements.com

Free Website Templates - http://www.freewebsitetemplates.com/

Free Layouts - http://www.freelayouts.com/

Free Templates Online - http://www.freetemplatesonline.com

HTML website templates can significantly ease the burden of designing and creating websites by providing webmasters with a ready-made web layout, structure, basic graphics, and color scheme.

The templates can generally be edited and customized with any HTML editor. The biggest advantage for webmasters using ready-made templates is the amount of time that can be saved.
