What you want is for the text to be applied with a varnish. At VistaPrint, it's called "Spot Gloss." Or you could also use "metallic finish."

I am trying to print business cards and for the particular design I have in mind the text will be glossy black and the background would be matte black. I am having trouble finding a printing company to order from that can do this. HELP???????
