Not legit. Don't respond in any way to them.
No. Even if you actually filled out a job application, they should never ask you to send personal information like that over email or text; it's done in person after you're hired.
Tell them you don't email your ID to anyone since your account was hacked last year so you are stopping by the store on your way home from work today and will ask to see the manager and show it in person -- that's the last you'll hear from them
Then call the police if you have their phone number
That is such an obvious scam of your ID it's not even funny. Who honestly thinks Target uses a gmail address??
That's fake. They wouldn't ask you to send that. But the biggest thing is that they wouldn't have a gmail address. Someone is phishing for info. Next they'll want bank account numbers.
It's a scam. Target would have their own mail server to send and receive mail, not gmail...
Complete scam. Employers never send anonymous e-mail.

It sounds very suspect.
Ring target to check their procedures before you do anything else.
Definitely fake lol they wouldn't text u and they wouldn't be using gmail hahahaha
I just received a text saying this "Hello, I am the assistant manager at your local super target. I believe you filled out an application with us, we would love to schedule an interview, I would need a photo of your government issued license to ensure your the authorized person." I text back Yes I'm interested. They replied "Okay great we will need you to send a your government issued license or ID to targetenterpise@gmail.com, the hiring manager will give you a call shortly after, shouldn't take more than a day. Okay so since when do business text you for an interview and since when do you need to send a photo of your ID? Is someone trying to steal my Information? Sounds like it! Darn really wanted the job lol.... Is it legit?
