I did a copy paste of the link you included but it brings an error page. I went to My E-bay and could not find the link. Thus I could not see especifically what the offer was.
But in general, if it seems to good to be true, it will probably be some kind of gimmick.
If you buy from ebay you can have assurance that the possibilities of it being a scam are lower, and if it has that many rate, lesser.
But do follow ebay's guides on avoiding scams. The most used scam is to get people to go through transactions outside ebay and even outside PayPal. If you receive an invitation to do any transaction outside any of the two above, don't do the transaction and report the seller to ebay.
Of course, I have got excellent offers from sellers on ebay and Amazon, look for high rated sellers.
Contact the seller and ask questions you might have on the product, if they are not mentioned in the product presentation on ebay: is the product an imitation, remanufactured, used, with imperfections, closeout, shipping charges. Shipping charges could make the product high priced.
As the link doesn't work ebay may have identified it as a scam and removed it. Whether that is the case is difficult to say but my advice is that if it seems too good to be true then it probably is. In the UK this Christmas there was a guy who paid over £400 for a photograph of the box of the new X-Box - it was discounted substantially and he didn't read the small print, if he had he would have spotted that all he was buying was a photo of the box. Do not be blinded by greed.
The bigger topic at hand is you being able to focus on the issue at hand. . Ebay has at least one employee whom does... . which is precisely why the item is removed.
No such Item number.
I was for iphone 5 on ebay while I came across this offer
http://m.ebay.com/itm/121245865852?nav=SEARCH&sbk=1
I saw many offers like this one so I was curious if it is a scam or real ,
And if its a scam howcome it got 60+ sold?
Thanks
