Your ranks are going down probably because the blogs you are posting on aren't really relevant to your niche or the simply don't have dofollow links enabled in the comments.
If the comment is nodofollow the amount of PR and rank juice is zero. It can still drive traffic and will give your link building method a natural spin but it won't help you rise in SERPs (search engine results pages).
There is are many of them present on the internet. But with blog commenting, you cant guarantee whether your comment will be approved or not. So it would be safe if you do other submission activities as well like social bookmarking, directory submissions, forum commenting and web 2.0 properties.
Do not do a lot of link building at once. Keep it slow and keep it coming.

My site ranks are starting to go down because I guess I've been posting in the same blog sites too much, does anyone know of any other ones that I could use? I've been looking around and finding some really low PR sites but honestly even that would help me out right now.
