You can sell pretty much anything on ebay, have a browse through the categories to see which section interests you.
it's really your choice on what you want to sell, you could sell things you don't want any more or check through EBAY and see what you have got
Anything you like that ebay policies permit you to list (worth reading them - there are some odd exclusions).
Nice clothes that you don't wear could get a lot of money - and it's an excuse to clear out your wardrobe! Make sure you take good quality pictures and list lots of information.
