You are probably looking for something like Tumblr which is the closest I can think of that allows blogging and also following other Tumblr blogs easily.
Blogger is the best type because it can be easily linked with google properties and can get fast ranking.

So I love writing and I want to make a blog (kind of like the one one the show Awkward) but I've tried the Tumblr thing and I have a blog.com one but I want people to actually see it and I want to be able to scroll through others if possible. It is mostly for writing purposes not much photography but maybe a little. Let me know if you know of any good websites for this use thanks!
