WordPress is best, because it has greater Page Rank and Reputation than the other 2 and wordpress website will rank and index faster because google also prefers WordPress than any other CMS
I am not familiar with kazzit, but I think it is important to say WordPress is complicated, and very UN-user-friendly.
Weebly is flexible, easy enough for the beginner yet advanced enough for the Pro.

My newest wordpress site is below. Once you get the hang of it wordpress is a very powerful tool.
