I think you are talking about banner ads. Actually ads can be categorized by many factors like ad formats, targeting methods,content advertising,link advertising etc.

I want to know what is the name of one web adv.
I`ll try ot describe it.
When i open some web page after 2 or 3 sec. from the down side of the page appear something like a banner and it stay on this position until i click over it or until i close it.
What`s the name of this adv ?
