It is a penny auction, check "penny auction scams" on google to see how unhappy users of this site are! You buy bids at 60 cents each, minimum package is 100 bids or $60. Each time you bid it costs you 60 cents and the item you are bidding on goes up by 1 cent (hence the term penny auction) AND extra time is added to the auction clock. Then someone else bids and you bid, they bid, you bid etc etc etc. soon you have bid 100 times and paid $60. Then eventually someone else (rumored to be bots) wins the auction. So when you see iPads going for $100 it really is 10,000 bids, each costing someone 60 cents a bid. So Quibids made a cool $6,000 on that iPad! You understand now! Don't bother, don't waste your money or you too will be another one of the thousands who paid good money in the vain hope of getting themselves a cheap iPad or iPhone or whatever while Quibids laughs and laughs!
Quibids does not need bolts. They make enough money to risk their business model. But users with deep pockets won't care how much they spend. They do not loose money, probably they sell wins and buy more bids. It is hard to win but I have. I played too safe bidding only at walmart gift cards that are the harder to get. Also Voucher bids are being sold for full price, when you do not win and have to buy it. People pay full price.
