What's your passion? THAT'S what you blog about. If you don't, two things will happen: 1) You won't be able to consistently engage your readers with interesting content driven by your expertise in something over the long haul to give you the loyal readership you need to succeed. 2) You'll become bored quickly if all your time is spent fighting off spammers and trolls because no one worth writing for is visiting your blog!

Don't blog just to blog. Blog because you've got something to say and wisdom to share. Otherwise the activity will become a daily slog, not a daily blog!

This is really random but I would love to be a gospel/spoken word artists, and I would love to use my writing skills to get people to know God. I have written something and recorded it...is not amazing but I just wanted people to hear the message and retain something from it :)

I want to start a blog. Not to make money (though don't get me wrong, that would be cool), but to have fun writing it! So, I'm very interested in business and I look up a lot of business stuff online and I've answered business questions on here in the past. The problem is that I'm a teenager and I've never had a real business job (but I've started 2 business, written business plans, etc.) So, because of maybe a lack of experience in business, I would also love to start a blog reviewing music! I absolutely love music! The problem is that the style of music I want to review does not have a huge following: Christian rap. Oh, and I want to get a relatively good sized following. I have a great background in music.

So, what do you think I should do?
