Business days don't include weekends or holidays, so yes, if you ordered it from within the same country, you should get it by the day after tomorrow. I'm assuming that whatever site you bought on allows the seller a period of time to get it packaged and picked up by the courier.
business days are monday to friday. If you ordered something on monday, tuesday, wednesday, or thursday...you'll get it the next day. If you order something on friday or saturday, you'll get it monday. If you order on sunday you have a chance of getting monday, but don't be surprised if you don't get it until tuesday (they might not even look at your order until monday, so the next business day in that case would be tuesday.) If you order something on a holiday, it's the same thing as weekends.
Business day is working day. So you have to count 'next day' excluding weekends and public holidays.
