there are two blogging site wordpress and blogger blogger is very easy to use if you are a newbie then choose blogger later go on wordpress because worpress gives a facility to host your blog on personal shared or VPS hosting but blogger don't allow to host they only allow domain but you know that premium is premium if you go for personal aur VPS hosting its premium and premium is go up rather then free blogger i hope you understand my point clearly
I stopped using blogger because no one really ever saw any of my posts. Then I found out about Tumblr and people actually saw some of my stuff.
I recommend Tumblr.
blogger....or tumblr for something more anonymous
