Vista Print is the way to go. Forget about free. They are inexpensive anyway but... They will have a a lot of offers for you on the way to check out. Just ignore those or not.
Vista print did my for free but I paid $5 for shipping got 250
One I have used that delivers what they advertise is Overnighprints.com they hve online tools and art libraries for designing your own card.
try fiverr.com
VistaPrint does them for free, which I'm sure there's a catch, then there's places like VOLprinting.com who do 5000 for $99 -- not sure where to go.
