Well there are two routes, free ones and expensive ones. If you have money to spend, you can purchase high ranking links and even hire somebody to do it for you, if not, you could look at three way link exchanges and just writing blogs containing your link but make sure that nothing is spam, google knows everything, I hope this helps!
