If you need small quantities, get some blanks from Avery and make them yourself.
Buy Avery business cards for inkjet printers at your local Target or office supply store. Pay the extra buck to get the CleanEdge cards.
Download their free DesignPro software and make beautiful cards with minimal effort.
Avoid using Microsoft Word, as that is far more complicated and produces poorer results.
You can browse pre-made customizable cards here http://www.zazzle.com/businesscards?rf=2... and if you can't find one you like, you could create your own. http://www.zazzle.com/custom/businesscar... They have 3 different sizes. 2" x 3.5", like the kind you're talking about (standard business card). And then there are skinny cards (1" x 3") and chubby (2.5" x 3.5").

Vistaprint is what I use :)
My friends and I have started a podcast and when we go to conventions we want to be able to tell people about our podcast, but we want a "card" that will stand out. Kind of like the little 2"x3.5" cards that larger companies and famous convention goers have. Even the kind that local bands give out to people on the street.
I was curious as to where I can get this done, or would it be better just make them ourselves?
