You can get free hosting services with that software as well, but since it is a desktop program you have the ability to upload it with any hosting provider.

Try wordpress. They are a top platform, probably the best and most widely used right now. I use them for all my site. You can use wordpress.org self-hosted version if you're serious. Also there's a free wordpress.com version if you just want a personal or hobby website to play around with. But be advised with the free version they can delete your account any time without warning.
