A logo should be clean and clear and something that is immediately recognizable. If I saw that logo on a small box in which you are selling cookies, let's say, it would be difficult for me to make out that it's a bunch of small pastries on a platter.
Basically it needs to look good large and small as well as in black and white. Think about even something as simple as invoices or napkins.
I would recommend doing a basic image search on google for baking logos. See what they all have in common:

EDIT: just wanted to add that they are all nicely drawn. But I'd stick to one or two, three pastries tops in the picture.
logo 3 the middle one on the left is most proportional and 3 d looking. good work.
The very first one. It keeps the simplicity and cartoon cuteness of the others but adds an element of boldness. I like it.
I think there all great.. I think any of them will do :)xxxxx

So my business is selling cakes, patisserie items, soups...so I've specially chosen not to have just a cupcake as its not what I'm mainly selling. Any suggestions would be welcomed as I drew these on the computer from scratch but I'm not designer by far.
Also don't want to pay anyone to make my logo so really just suggestions would be great!!
