I like page layout, color scheme, the carousels and slide-show effects you have there..
It's very up-to-date, and it's general look is very professional.
I vote for it. Definitely
2 is slightly more visually pleasing, BUT the load times of each theme is excessive. #2 was higher load time by 7 seconds - both themes i find too complex to hold attention
