Same problem with me can preview the add but cannot submit , if I submit comes back to the editing page. I think it's a programming error from gumtree, but I wonder some adds by other people are still submitted.
I have the same problem been trying for a while now and page just keeps refreshing after pressing post add glad other people are having the same problem as it must be a gumtree issue.
Same here, every time I try to post an ad the page just refreshes, can also access the preview. Must be a problem with gumtree. I have also been getting error codes while accessing other areas of my account. Hopefully will be resolved quickly

Someone on that forum spoke to gumtree yesterday, they are doing a system migration and are experiencing intermittent errors that they say will be resolved soon.
I tried to post a ad on my iphone 4s through safari and no joy,
so then also tried on laptop and go to post ad and page comes up again - so has not posted ,
even made new account lol but that doesnt work same problems
I see there are others posting (not as many as usual) but still wonder how they are getting through or is it just luck lol
It can take a while for an ad to post on Gumtree. I have known it be almost an hour sometimes.

has to be a problem with gumtree however other people i know are having no problems?
I'm having the exact same problem, i've tried posting from a laptop and an ipad but it makes no difference. I'm hoping it's a problem with gumtree. Let me know if you get sorted please.
Same problem here, been more than 2 days. These guys advertise on TV! They must be loosing a lot of money not to mention respect. They wrote back to my email and said they can not give a time/ date of fix :-/

STOPPED ME ENTERING SITE AT ALL ,GOT IN TOUCH WITH THEM THEY GIVE ME THE RUNAROUND FOR WEEKS, IT WAS SOMETHING IN THE WORKS THEY SAID, BUT OTHER GUYS WAS LISTING THE SAME ADS AS I WAS TRYING TO LIST .

DON'T PUT A PHONE NUMBER ON IN THE PICTURES THEY SAID ,

I WAS PUTTING ONE AD ON A WEEK AND IT GOT TO THEM, SO IF YOU USE THEM OFTEN LIKE ONCE A WEEK THEY WANT MONEY BUT WONT COME OUT AND SAY SO,
THEY PICK CERTAIN ONES OUT AND BLOCK THEM !!!THEY SUCK!!!!
it will be posting close ie and open it log back in and should be there if it aint will be settings on your pc like cookies might not be set up properly
