Because customer is important in successful Business.
It is just trend to impress clients/ customer for growth of business. We have to satisfied every client to making them permanent. If they satisfied from our work then they will give us more project. Thats why we always say that "customer is always right".
So they don't lose a customer
I would say they are in most cases right. Probably in the restaurant they are always right, but in other places not necessary so...
because the waiters are always left.
