You have an English interface but most of the content remains non-english, that may be a grounds for rejection, some site scripts auto switch default language based on the IP address and last setting cookied.

With free things, i guess you should have low expectations. There are other decent directories though not free that you are sure to get a response for your submission in no time. Yahoo, business or botw.
I tried suggestion in different categories (first regional, then sphere and directly sphere) but still don't suggested. My site has pr 4, supports 3 language (one English), is safe and everything is ok. ( www.e-bookland.ge ) what might be problem?
