They are still calling you because somewhere, a business you have used has sold your information or rented your information to a marketing company.
For example, you subscribed to a magazine or did not 'opt out' of your bank's mailing service. They turned around and rented their customer, subscriber list or sold the names on that list to another company.
The DNC must be updated annually, a little note in their fine print on the site. If during the previous year, you did any of the things listed above - your DNC becomes invalid.
Because they want to sell you something. Put your number on the do not call list, and if they call report them.
They call you because they're lonely, oh smart one.
