Well, I'm not 100% for sure on this one, but maybe Viagra thought they wouldn't hit much of their target market by advertising on a channel geared towards kids. Oddly enough, kids don't take much Viagra.
Viagra is not child appropriate, that is why they do not have it on Nickelodeon. You are most likely not old enough to know what it is.
