I'll say because there marketing is almost every where, they have lots and lots of buyers, they bought out almost every drink company, they own a lot of other products and because of that people who don't like coca cola and likes something els more, the chances are they are going to buy a product that coca cola already owns, so coca cola still ends up making the money. They have huge contracts with Mcdonalds and KFC and almost every franchies etc.
1st its addictive as **** i drink like 2 cans a day. 2nd it kind of inputted in our life's its every were every1 nose about it its very very popular and it is the reason santa is red.coca cola kills more people that cigarette's and alcohol combined and i still love it :P

Probably due to the sugar and caffeine content! Peoples body will crave it, just like how people drink tea and coffee all the time
