Companies are there to make money; it makes no sense to allow someone to "buy" a job. That would result in hiring someone who is probably not qualified to do their job, and the company would still have to pay that person. No legitimate company would have this business plan.
A company looking for donations must be broke and failing. This is not a appropriate way to raise money.

Many people have been asked to donate to a certain entertainment company online. I get the feeling most people are making donations in order to be hired by this company. There are definitely no guarantees if you donate(for the line of work it is). Which could result in angering many people that are making large donations. Would you donate to maybe get a job, or consider this to be stooping low and a scam?
